Liger Facilitators::

• Facilitate learning in an innovative, creative and engaging manner

• Develop learning plans and instructional materials that meet the needs of diverse learners and engage them in the real world

• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth

• Provide individualised support to students who need extra support

• Collaborate with other facilitators and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience

• Participate in professional development opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest facilitation methods and technologies

• Foster a skills-based, inquiry-driven learning environment that emphasises innovation, leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset

• Be a role model for Liger's core values everyday

• Ensure that learning caters to the needs of all students and builds on what they already understand, know and can do

• Guiding our learners to be successful, independent learners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate diploma in Education 

• Be registered or able to register with the NZ Teachers Council

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching and experience with NCEA

We offer a competitive base salary for an experienced and registered educators, depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individuals’ actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.

We are able to assist with accommodation for an initial period of two months.
